do 30min a day everyday or do 45min-1hr every other day and you should see results.
i would at least do a day of cardio as u are mainly walking around if u weigh yourself once a week u may see results
It will take 2 weeks before you start getting results. If you continue after those 2 weeks, then you'll continue losing weight.
30-45 min per day at least 6 days per week according to your age. The longer minutes, and more days/week the older you are.
