How many calories does my daily food intake have???!


Question: 30g weetabix minis with 1 and 1/2 glasses of skimmed milk, jacket potato and salad, vegtables, 1 banana, handful of raspberriesand an apple. Thanks.

www.thedailyplate.com is where I go after every meal and it gives me an accurate count of my calorie intake, go there in the future, but here's you calorie breakdown;

weetabix mini's= 135cal, 2g fat

skimmed milk. 100ml=35cal, .1g fat (don't know how big your glass was)

jacket potato=160cal

salad (small) (don't know what you had on your salad so I used the wendy's side salad as an example)=100cal that's with fat free french dressing.

1banana=121cal .7g fat

raspberries 1/2pint= 81cal, 1g fat

apple=90cal .36g of fat.

www.thedailyplate.com is GREAT for looking up calories in what you eat, if you get an account you can do it every day and it will tell you all the stats on it. i use it all the time and it always has the food im looking for. you can adjust quantitys if you didnt eat the whole thing, ect. check it out if you havent yet! :)

It's hard to tell you exactly how many calories you are getting because you aren't giving exact measurements of food. But I would say you had about 1000 calories, Give or take a few depending on other factors.
