LMAO.....sit on my butt eating cheetos all day at work and pray I become tan enough by summer so no one will notice my A** !?!?!
I don't have any bodies in the closet waiting to be readied. I only have one, and it's as ready as it's going to be.

Eating healthy with a balanced diet, and about an hour of exercise 5 days a week, just because that is the recommended amount. I have a very specific workout because I'm a golfer, and its important to target certain places rather then waste time on strong muscles I already have.

im trying to build up, not lose weight. but i am running 1-3 days a week and i am lifting weights 3 days a week, try and tone too if i can
summer for me is in december. so i got a lot of time.
anyway my diet consists of healthy food from the 5 food groups i.e breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables, nuts, milk & cheese, fats and sugars. eat as many of these as you can (the most being the foods at the bottom of the food pyramid) 4-5 times a day in small portions. drink plenty of cold water. cold water actually burns calories. if you take the recommended 8 glasses day that's 70 calories gone alone from drinking ice cold water.
exercise 4-5 times a week. a mixure of cardio, ab workouts and weights.
well im starting to do exersice its already been a week and iv seen results by doing sit ups try that every night
