You should aim in the region of 1500 calories per day rule of thumb. Its approx 900 calories you consumed. Basic way of working out calories, takes reading packets and counting.
You times carbs and proteins by 4 and fats by 9. For example 10 grams carbs X 4= 40 calories 10 grams fat X9=90 calories etc, etc. Its really all about having a balanced diet. Try and consume complex carbs during the day found in whole grain pasta and rice. and proteins at dinner time. Eat little and often and drink water.

Yeah Fine.

sounds about right to me

ur daily caloric intake all depends on ur height (which u provided) ur weight and ur activity level. this being the case it would b impossible 4 any1 on here 2 tell u how many calories u should b eating. by looking at the food uve been eating it appears that u havent eaten enough...especially in the protein department. i think u should try 2 increase ur caloric intake a little and add some meat 2 ur diet

The proof of this pudding is in the eating -- or more properly, in the weighing. If your weight is doing what you want, your diet is fine. Since peoples' metabolic rates differ, trying to come up with a specific caloric figure is a waste of time.

Here is a really good website that allows you to check all the nutritional contents of most foods

www.MyFitnessPal.com

Unfortunately there is no simple answer to that question. It all depends on your activity level and your rate of metabolism. If your weight isn't changing you probably have the right calorie intake. The only way to get a good answer is to discuss it with a nutritionist.

Depending on how active you are and your age, you should probably be eating around 1800 calories in a day. We can't tell from what you have written, because all those food items can have a wide variety of calories, depending on size, brand, etc. You could probably afford a few more calories today, plus lots of water. Here are a couple of good links that will help you figure it our yourself. The nutrawatch link is a neat one that will let you record your food and exercise online. Best of luck with it.

Let me tell you it's not good that you're kind of obsessed with how much u eat, live life! when i was younger i was very obsessed and controlled myself all the time. I became a bulimic, i couldn't stop eating when nobody saw me. I started gainning a lot of weight! 10 years after a horrible struggle, i recovered. Now i have a really good body (i'm not ashamed to say it) and you won't believe me but i eat everything i want. The clue is to eat everything you want without feeling guilty.

DO NOT PAY ATENTION TO CALORIES

to me you are not eating enough. they say a fit woman needs 1800-2000 calories a day, I would increase your fruit and veg- you are supposed to eat at least 5 a day- you also have very little protein there, and as a woman you need milk too-to help against osteoporosis in later life. you should also drink 4-5 glasses of water a day. If in doubt see the nurse or well woman clinic at the doctors, they will be pleased to give you help or a diet sheet or ask the school nurse she would have books or advice tto help you
