i'm guessing your a guy, if not:disregard this answer

you're growing and often physical, you can afford to eat more than 2 meals a day- that's the only way you'll grow muscles... that and protein shakes (or steroids:NO KIDDING, BAD)

guys are meant to bulk up, it only becomes unhealthy when they are not burning/toning their newly developed fat/bulk.

2 meals a day? you need at LEAST 3 meals, 6 small meals is actually ideal and you'll end up speeding your metabolism up...

basically, you're going to need to [healthily] bulk up if you want REAL muscle, not skinny muscle (if that makes sense, but don't go running to mcdonalds, use the food pyramid eat all colors, eat meat!).

exercise.

do alot of cardio and stay away from carbs. Eat alot of meats. Meats are given protien for the muscle. Go to GNC and get a supplement for carbs which is a tablet.

CONGRATS! on loosing so much weight! I wanted to loose that much weight by September! Wow thats a really big inspiration for me. Sorry I can't help though.

You need to eat. You need several small meals everyday instead of just two. Your eating like that (two huge meals) encourages your body to save fat. If you eat often enough (every 2-3 hours) that you burn it off before you eat again - your body does not store fat!

I eat that often 6-7 times per day - about 200-300 calories each time.

for starters, skipping meals will not help you lose body fat, if anything it will increase your body fat, because it puts your body in the starvation mode even if you are not hungry. a good way to lose fat and keep the muscle is by drinking protein shakes and eating protein bars and being on a low fat diet. good luck.

First off, the BMI charts are for adults. That is 21 and older. And according to the adult BMI, 18% is the low of 'ideal'. Less than that is unhealthy. So, I wouldn't try to lose more.
