How to lose weight healthily?!


Question: I am 17, I am 5 foot 7 inches....I weigh 230lbs....I am on a med that makes me feel hungery all the time...I need some help with how to lose the weight. I am a house keeper I work 5 days a week from 9 am to about 3pm....I am on my feet all that time except maybe an hour total....I try to exercise but work is about as much exercise I get.....I live in Kansas....right now it is sorta cold....if you need anymore info...just ask.serious answers please. and remember I want to do this healthy!

I found the easiest way to lose weight healthily was actually to become a vegetarian! People normally shy away from it as soon as its mentioned; but If your really serious about it, I would do some research on it! I love being a vegetarian and I feel GREAT!

drink lots of water
and just small portions of the food that you would like to eat.
and try to exercise as well. try finding the time.

Just clean up your diet. As a house keeper you should be getting a fair amount of exercise anyways. Make sure you eat only whole grain products and NEVER white bread. Refined grains and fast digesting carbs are bad for you. Cut out the sugar and drink tons of water.

well, considering that you are hungry often....I have a great one for you. But, you really should try to implement an exercise program into your lifestyle to get the best benefits of a healthy lifestyle. ......here's your diet.
try to get five to six meals a day consisting of a portion of lean protein, a portion of complex carbohydrates. with at least two of the meals each day, get a portion of vegetables.
glass of water with each meal. Oh, a portion is roughly the size of your clenched fist......what this diet does is stabilize your blood sugar levels and pretty much turns your body into a fat burning machine.....it usually takes around seven weeks to start to really see a difference but, hang in there........this is the healthiest way to lose fat and live your life. Not only is it healthy physically but, it has many many mental health benefits as well....also, take a multi-vitamine.....

wow we have the exact same situation! i even live in kansas too! i live in wichita so like today it was really nice out so i just got up and worked out did what ever outside as much a i could! try getting up before work and kick starting your day with excersise. switch it u between cardio and weight lifing! although eating healthy is important i think excersising is better. if you can't do it before work try after! also if you research online and look around there is ALOT of info on the net about diets and workout routines so try searching and find something that fits in with your schedual!
