But i seem to have manboobs however there not huge but there just a little anoiying. I just dont see how i can have them when i am so good at sport and burn so many calories. Doing push-ups or area specific exercises won't get rid of them. That is referred to as "spot burning" and doesn't actually work. You need to do fat burning cardiovascular exercise (generally in excess of 20 minutes) to reduce fat deposits on your body, regardless of where you want to loose them. Different people carry fat in different places, and it could be that you happen to carry excess fat on your chest.

As far as diet is concerned, don't worry about carbs. Worry about fat. Fat has twice as many calories as carbohydrates by weight. Also, think about the amount of food that you eat in a day. There is no quick fix to lasting weight loss, but making sure that you don't over eat and regular exercise will produce healthy, satisfying results.

There is one other possibility. It is not uncommon for pubescent boys to develop breast tissue. It is called Gynecomastia and is often caused by obesity. If this is the case, the "man boobs" won't feel like fat on other parts of the body, but will be more dense. If you are overweight, loosing weight can help the condition. If you are not overweight, the condition may fade as you get older. If you think this is the case, talk to a doctor about your options.

start doing push ups...

Unfortunately, you can't lose weight in only one part of your body. You have to lose weight everywhere.

You can, however, tone specific areas. Try push ups - they do a lot to tone up the chest area.
