Help! I feel like I've binged today?!
Question: since last saturday I've been eating this:
breakfast
1 serving of oatmeal or cereal
lunch
nutrition bar
dinner
tuna or turkey sandwich
salad
steamed vegis
snack/dessart
small yogurt
I'm trying to lose weight and today this is what i ate
breakfast
1 serving of cereal
lunch
nutrition bar
dinner
tunafish sandwich
salad
a huge bowl of sauteed broccolli
dessart
1 bowl of multigrain cereal
2 bowls of honey nut cheerios
I just ate this and I feel gross and guilty that I did because I have been doing so well until now.

Please join a diet club and stop with the did I eat too much. No you didn't for health. You are starving yourself of proper nutrients. I think you should get some help with your diet,
Thats not bad, if there was pizza in there, than you would have a problem
Wtf? You ate fine, dont fret. You should eat more for lunch though.
