My tummy.. Ekk. What should I do? Seeking advice.?!


Question: Ok, I'm 14 years old and have a tummy. It's annoying me that its there. Any people have any advice to help me get rid of my tummy by atleast 3 months. My tummys not massive, But its can roll in half :P lol. (kind comments back please) :)
I also have quite fat thieghs, or just (chubby then)

You should definitely start getting into a fitness routine you like. Don't worry about the 3 month deadline either - while you are young you want to get into a routine that you can stick with for years.

Doing cardio 4 days a week and pilates twice a week, would be a great routine to get into, and will make a difference. If you start doing lot's of crunches and situps, make sure you do exercises to stregnthen your lower back as well to support all of that ab work.

dont drink sodas

You need to always wal and sit with good posture and try doing 50 crunches every night.

Your tummy could be through a number of factors.

First is exercise and diet; start doing a sport that you LIKE. There is no point being forced into a sport if your not going to keep going there.
Try to eat more healthy. Do the obvious and scrap crisps and chocolate and move onto fruit. Ask your mum if she can cook you more home-made meals as convenience food usually has alot of fat in.

This fat could be the fact you are "growing up". As your body grows up it can change in size.
