I need to know how to lose as much weight as possible in the littlest time?? HEL!

okay well your goal weight should be 160 lbs for right now. i'm 5'11" and i used to be 150 before my anorexia. if youw ant to lose weight quickly, you can. however, there are right ways to do so. first of all, if you can afford/get a nutritionist, do so. if not, you should decrease you caloric intake to 1500 calories and then once you have lsot 15-20, to 1200. always eat breakfast and a late lunch around 3 but skip dinner bc it is an unnecessary meal bc the food just sits in you stomach while you sleep and it is hard to burn these calories. you should be full from lunch until about 6 and then you can have a small snack, try popcorn or some fruit. its important to acknowledge what hunger really is and what boredom really is. ask yourself, is it worth it to eat this food and am i actuall yhungry or do i just want to eat? if you are hungry, eat. remember however that the quantity of waht you eat matters..ill be honest serving sizes are ridiculously small, you can have more but just not excessive amounts! cut out second helpings and try to drink lots of water bc most of the time when you are "hungry" you are really thirsty.

there's no healthy way to lose tons of weight in a short amount of time. but just by increasing your daily exercise and not eating after 6 or 7 you can lose about 5 lbs in the first week. after that week though you'll have to do more.

get your heart rate pumping and eat healthy!
cut out all junk food! no more chips and candy!
and run or jump rope, walk, ski, dance.
something that gets your heart rate up for a minimum
of at least 30 minutes a day.
also drink lots of cold water.

so exercise, eat healthy, and drink lots of water!
if you have alot of momentum and do this.
you should start to lose weight and feel better! :)

I followed a diet that make you loose 10 lb per week, I lost 40 pounds and I am back to the same point after a couple of years.

To start don't rush yourself. Rushing yourself can be one of the worst mistakes a person can do when trying to lose weight. It can overstress your body causing you to feel overtired or injure yourself.

Now for exercise you should start with mild weight lifting and easy running developing higher in both as you go.
Try to decrease you calorie intake as well. You are going to feel hungry, but as your stomach shrinks you'll want less and less food. You could also try eating until your content instead of full (you have to train your body for this).

Finally if your doing this for a serious medical worry think about medication, or surgery. A lap-band is used in some cases but I doubt your situation warrants it. As far as medication I think Alli is the best. However be warned that it will cause diarrhea if you eat many high fat foods.
