um... do both incline dumbell and bar work outs. medicine ball push-ups. make sure you are working on your back too. A strong back emensley helps getting a stronger chest. Also, make sure you are working tri-ceps hard along with shoulders. As you probably already know, chest is a core lift so you work back, abs, tri's, shoulders, and pectorals.
