Yes I lost 10 lbs and anm quite happy with hoodia.
I don't think it is a stimulant and I never had jitters even when I doubled my dosage.
In fact for the first 10 days, I didn't realize that it was working and was going to give up as there was nothing different in how I felt but when I measured my weight I found I was starting to lose some lbs. Only then I realised that I was eating less and had stopped snacking altogether.
Do you think there would BE any fat people, if ANY of that crap really worked?
It will help you lose....but only your MONEY!
