Good easy dieting/workout tips?!


Question: Alright so I would like to lose just a few pounds and tone up mainly my stomuch and the rest of my body too. Dieting is kinda hard for me cause I love sweets... so my diets lasts 2 days. Any foods that I should or shouldn't eat? Any exercises that have worked for you? Anything right now would be helpful!! Thank you : )

I suggest eating breakfast, half lunch, other half lunch, and dinner. If you eat half lunch at school, when you get hom eyou can eat the other half and won't pig outm because you will trick yourself into thinking you ate a snack.

If you want sweets try 100 calorie packs or popsickles. Drink diet soda (but not too much cause you might rot your teeth).

The best thing to do would be join a gym becuase they have all the machines there for you. But if you can't, running is the best way! Also, you could play sport. Jump ropin gburns lots of calories fast. Pushups pay off too.

I tend to eat too much at dinner. So put all you think you should eat (healthy portion) on you plate, and when you finish you are done. You can't get more (unless you are really hungry.)

Try to mostly drink water and skim milk. Diet soda is okay, and tea is great!

Keep track of your calories, but don't obsess. Try to get around 1500 calories a day. =D

First you would want to increase your metabolism. It will help you burn fat. Try to eat small and frequent meals. Once every 3 hours...so around 5 meals per day. Try to avoid sweets and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Also eat a lot of lean meat. Meat contain protein which also helps to increase your metabolism. And you should also drink a lot of water. It also keep things moving in your stomach, and it will prevent cravings. Or you can try chewing sugar free gum to keep your mouth busy. Chewing gum can also your stomach to digest faster. If you wanna lose weight by exercising, you should do activities that doesn't target a specific area because you can't lose weight in a specific area in your body. Try runnning, walking or swimming. I have a fast metabolism and I hate exercising. I tried to avoid eating sweets and I ate around 4 to 5 small meals a day and I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks =]
