How can i loose weight and excersise well?!


Question: ok i am 130 pounds 5'4 and i am 15 years old. I am a little chubby because i am short and it kinda makes it to where i have a little fat in my chest area and im a guy. i have thighs.
I was wanting to know some good excercises and things to eat so that i can get heathly and slimmer/a little muscular but not too muscular. I dont have much money so i really need help with this. I know that running is a good way to excercise but i need to loose it fast. Sometimes i quit after a week or so so can u also help me find a way to stay motivated because that could be my problem tight there. Thanks

I see what your saying.Well I think you should start doing cardio.Do something you enjoy doing such as riding your bike or walking or jogging. Do at least 20 minutes. Do push ups and pull ups . As far as what to eat. if you drink sodas well enjoy your last one. try to drink water.Eat whole wheat bread, brown rice and whole wheat pasta. As far as staying motivated find a friend to work out with.You never want to think of losing weight fast. You need to lose little by little.
