Suggestions to loose about 20 pounds in 3 months, without pills.?!


Question: I am 13 years old, and lets just say i'm not the same size as the others girls in my grade. I just moved schools and everyone here weighs from around 90-135 pounds and i weigh around 145-150. I feel so left out but yet everyone is my friend. At the end of the year we're all going to a waterpark and i want to impress everyone with losing some weight. can someone help me? i want to be up to like at least 130 or so.or less. i want to loose it within these 3 months. is that possible? please can someone help me. i'm not OBESE. cause i've been asked out a couple of times and my gym teacher said most of it is muscle but i am still pretty big for my age. [ i think ] if anyone has suggestions, i would appreciate them. PLEASE PLEASE !!!! i want to me skinny minny ;) LOL. thanks so much <33

eat healthier and have smaller portions, and eat small snacks a few times a day so you won't overeat whenever it's time for the real meal

! it could also be baby fat, i gained a lot of weight during puberty but it eventually goes away. try going to the gym for like 30 mins each day or do some exercises at home.

when it comes down to picking out a bathing suit, try to buy one that flatters YOUR figure. maybe a tankini?

p.s. be careful with the detox diets, my brother was going to try one out but couldn't do it for health reasons.

do a detox diet, your not allowed to eat any food except liquids for a good four days, do that like every other week. And in the weeks in between eat good food with carbs and vitamins.

It doesnt have to be complicated. i lost that exact amount in three months. No soda, just water and limit your caloric intake to around 1500 calories a day. Stick to this and you'll be surprised. add some exercise when you can.

20 pounds in 3 months is a VERY reasonable goal. Just eat around 1200-1400 calories a day and exersise for 30 min every day! Youll see real results in about a month. Good luck!

I don't know how you eat so its hard to say but my suggestion is, cut out junkfood, substitute fruit, veggies etc. If you drink soda-go diet. Juice drinks are loaded with sugar. Drink green tea. Stay away from fried foods. If you go to fast food-choose wisely. Take a half hour walk everyday. I was in your position, heavier even, its hard I understand, in many ways. I have been battling for 25 years. I am also very muscular, so it is hard to determine how "small" you may be. Remember, not every one is meant to be a skinny minnie. Even at the age of 16 and a size 4/6 I didn't look like a skinny minnie-I am broad, athletic, and still fighting the weight issue. By the way-guys like a little meat on their girls!! I have never had a problem getting a guy. Carry yourself proud and lose the weight for you not to get a bf or to be like everyone else. You also never mentioned your height.

Well I'm 16 and have been on a diet for 3 weeks and have lost 10 pounds already the key is the cut out all sodas and candys and chips and stuff you know is not healthy ..watch your calorie count try to eat 1200 a day and no more or no less stay away from bread and pasta and rice...they tend to turn to fat easily also make sure you get lots of cardio witch means walking running anything to get you heart rate up..i go for about a little less then 2 mile walk every night...try to eat small meals and less portions and you should see some results..I'm 16 and have been going this for 3 weeks and have lost 10 pounds...good luck

I've lost about 15 pounds since new years, and I haven't even tried! (about all I could afford to lose)

I just cut out fast food and soda, and anything with high fructose corn syrup, that stuff packs on the pounds.
