Training the middle-up part of the chest, help.?!

Question: Hello,

I already asked this question, but i'll be abit more clearly now.
I train almost everyday.

My chest already is abit muscled, but.. how do i say.. A part of my chest isn't that much muscled at all.
hm.. how should I say. For example:
Look at your left chest.
then go to the right side of the left boob. and go up.
that part is like none muscled..

So that'll be in the middle up side of the chest.

How can I train that part?
How long should I train that part?
Set's rep's?
any good effective workout's?

Maybe try push-ups. Instead of keeping your hands straight, turn them inwards so that your fingers are facing eachother (not touching, just facing), this way you'll work your pecs more than your shoulders. Do as many as you can without hurting yourself I guess.
