Saggy breast?!


Question: some ppl have told me you're boobs get saggy when you lose, I'm young and I DO NOT want ugly saggy boobs, is there an excercise to keep there shape?

This is not true at all. In fact, some exercises (pectoral) will make your breasts appear smaller as some of the fat tissue is replaced by muscle.

I lost weight, and my boobs didn't sag. Now, breastfeeding, that's another story!

I dont think there is. Just wear a bra regularly to keep them in shape. When exercising, wear push-up bra.

decline bench press is the best exercise. just work your pect muscles.

Breast tissue doesn't contain muscle, if you lose it through losing weight they will sag a bit, but it is better to lose the weight, you can always use a good bra to keep them in place.
What you could do is excersise the muscle around the breast, this you do by holding your hands together infront of your forehead, then bring your elbows together, do this excersise several times a day, it will strengthen the muscle and help lift the breasts.

I'm very sorry to report but your boobs will sage if u lose weight... there is really nothing u can do about it... there are exercises and drugs that claim to help but... been there done that got saggy boobies... don't worry though they don't sag too bad and by the time ur 25 all ur friends boobs will b saggy too... best advice is lose the weight have ur kids and get them lifted... plastic surgery, its a wonderful thing!

No they don't, that statement is completely false!

You can do exercises that target the chest though...

I only know about the butterfly exercise. I did it at the gym is a machine where you sit and extend your arms in a L shape getting a hold of the tube which has weights you the bring your arms together. It really works!

Its true, when u lose a vast amount of weight, they get smaller and sag. What u can do are bench presses. Put your feet up on a bench or something about 15 inches high and do press ups from there.
You can also try clasping your hand together infront of you at chest level and squeezing your hands together, you'll see your boobs move up n down for that one.

any easy exercise you can do without going to spend money on gym and can be done anywhere. take a can of soup hold with both hands above head and slowly lower behind head . It will tighter chest muscle that will raise the breast up. Thats about only thing to do...

it depends on how much weight you lose and the condition of your skin. if you already have stretch marks on you boobs there will be some sagginess. you can build up the pectoral muscles to make this less noticable. no matter what, this is not a good reason to not lose weight. i'd rather be thin with saggy boobs than fat.
