I feel like a fat cow.?!


Question: ive been exercising for a week now to lose 10 pounds, and now my stupid period started and it gets me weak and makes me hurt so bad that i cant exercise. i just ate some rocky road ice cream, son of a bictthh. what do i do, should i throw up?

First, stop putting yourself down. Negative self talk is the worst thing you can do to yourself. Next, do light exercise during your period. Just going for a walk is exercise and can help with the cramps too. Don't have anything in your house that you know you shouldn't eat. When you are tempted, keep telling yourself, "Being thin will feel better than anything will ever taste."

DO NOT THROW UP. and i'm being serious right now. once you start, it can spiral out of your control and out of other's control. you can die from it and it makes your teeth rot. try doing sit ups until your period is over, it gets your stomach toned

hey-u will come out on the other side of that 5 lbs lighter. that makes it tough to feel good. of course you are bloated. keep up the good work. btw i feel your pain, ive been there. i really understand how you feel. just keep with it. the bloating and all it's temporary. dont throw up. it's a few days of hell. i know it. i know.

NO! Don't throw up.

Just don't overeat anymore while you're on your period. You'll find that you drop weight (lower than before) after your period ends, if you don't overeat. Just tough it out.

Go for a light walk, btw, it'll relieve your cramps a little and keep your metabolism up.

No silly, don't throw up. Just blow if off and try to do better tomorrow. Every day is not going to be perfect.

look...take some premsyn pms, it helps with water retention, bloating, cramps and cravings...

Goodness! No if you make yourself vomit it can really hurt you....I mean like it can cause death later in life. It takes on average two months before you really see results for working out. Im guessing your young so eating ice cream wont kill you but stressing about it will, that may hurt more then the ice cream. You can't try to lose weight with that state of mind, calm down and focus on your goals. Good Luck! try not to stess to much, try asking people how to handle with stress ok? It will work!


One more thing....when your on your monthly cycle your body craves carbs... try eating some pretzels and drink water before you go straight to the ice cream... trust me you will feel better and put a heating pad on your tummy....(I have killer cant do anything cramps and it helps)
