How can a 14 year old gain mass?!

Question: So i have very skinny wrist and legs. I'm 5'1 and 100 pounds. I think thats under average. I wanna be a little bit "bigger."

I heard if i workout and stuff, i won't get results pretty soon, but what are good workouts+eating habits that i can do to get used to this so i can be more fit in the future?

do what i do if you can or have time
lift heavy weights to build muscle one day
then the next day which would be your rest dy for lifting do cardio for 30-40 minutes to make your muscles look more ripped, you need rest between lifting to get better results
it helps to eat right (veggies/fruits, lean protein, nuts/seeds, wheat products) do this for a while and you will see results
i used to be really skinny and im 5 foot 9 inches and my weight is 156 which is skinny still but ive seen a difference from the time i started to lift, i gained 9 pounds of muscle and it shows and im still lifting to get even bigger/stronger
it works
it also helps to drink a protein shake before your workout and eat lots of lean protein to help muscle stay strong
my protein shake is whey protein

buy some protein shake stuff at a store and have them like 4 times a day

eat a lot of carbs and protein and try to keep from getting super hungry.
