Yes. It takes quite a bit of time, but you'll begin to carry yourself better. You may not even notice it until, one day, you'll say to yourself: "I feel good." It only gets better from there.

Of course especially if you see results, not only that you'll start feeling better because your body will feel mentaly healthy. What i do recomend is that you workout/lift weights with someone on your level to encourage you.
