Can i workout my arms and chest in the same day?!

Yes, my trainer works out my biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and back all in the same day. It's good to work out muscle groups that work together at the same time, especially because you can often do one exercise that uses multiple muscle groups in your list.

YES YES! thats perfectly fine! this is actually what alot of people do... they exercise 2 or 3 muscles in their body daily!

So yes doing both exercises if PERFECTLY fine!

You can. But i suggest resting a bit and consuming some protein before you workout in order for your muscles to be ready. Also get hydrated before you workout. That's what I did when I was in the football team. And i got results. And yeah it's good to workout chest, biceps and forearms on the same day.
