Im starting this diet?!


Question: well im 15 5'4 and i weight 120 i havent had the best diet i guess just cuz im a busy teenager and its what happends!
i wanna loose about 5 pounds!

im going to eat a bowl of special k cereal for breakfast
a nutrition bar and an apple or some carrots and dressing
and for dinner i maybe like baked or grilled chicked or a nother bowl of cereal! i need suggestions for dinner.
is that ok? what can i do diff? how long will it take to loose that 5 pounds? also i dance on wed, do a low energy dance on mon, and i ride horses! would it help if i ran? if so when and how much?

Just add protein to your diet...

Breakfast- Speacial K OR Protein shake (it'll keep you full and energized until lunch) with a piece of fruit.

Snack- A handful of nuts

Lunch- Nutrition bar (if you don't have to time for lunch) and apple

Snack- Carrots and dressing

Dinner: Grilled chicken WITH veggies...I wouldn't have the cereal...if you're going to have cereal, have it as a snack AFTER dinner.

Just make sure that you're getting a minimum of 1200 calories...And drink plenty of water.

breakfast....i'd usually have something with more fibre, such as Rasin Bran

dinner...fish is always good to eat too; i enjoy making tuna salads, but i'll usually have that as a lunch actually...hmmm...i've always been told to eat protien with veggies, and never to mix protien with carbs...so i guess just ditch out the carbs for dinner, and only intake them in the morning

also, another helpful tip....in between meals, have a fruit because it helps speed up the metabolism, therefore you'll burn calories quicker!
