If you wake up feeling like s--t what do you do to get yourself feeling better?!
Question: ive tried running and walking but i still feel like crap.i do excercise in the evening but i fee ltired. could it be the time change maybe? i dont what helps you wake up and getting your day going good

stretch before you get up like cats and babys, also you can thank god he gave you one more day to enjoy. and put a big smile on.
i usually listen to music that will pump me up...and that usually seems to get me going throught the day
how much do you drink? ( alcohol )
i know its a bit obvious, but even if i only have a couple, i always feel more tired the next day!
but if thats not the problem, try tangy grapefruit juice, and a cup of weak coffee with a light breakfast, a quick shower, but not too hot.
also by the time i,ve walked my dog whatever the weather, i'm generally more awake. but not always.
i have to say, im knackered all the time too!
but i dont drink, i eat well enough, and i'm a very active person - got a horse , dog , and cycle everywhere. but i think that some people are just born with more energy than others, and feel fine with a crap lifestyle and hardly any sleep etc, but then there are the unfortunate others that are just destined to be tired all the time!!!
when I wake up I go to the living room and open my curtains first. then I start the coffee brewing, and shower, get dressed, take my dog out, then turn on the music.
in that order.
sometimes if I am especially tired, I go back to bed for an hour, by then I am ready for the day
