Whats the best way to loose pounds??!


Question: i wnat to get thinner! im 14 and weigh 130 ? 135. so i want to loose pounds before june 20th. its my grad and i want to look good. but, im doing it the healthy way. im eating 4/5 times a day, and well i exercise about an hour a day. im usually on a treadmill. do you think i could get thinner by one hour a day on the treadmill, or should i try something eles? please, give me adive on whats the best way to at least loose7 pounds a month. thanks soo mcuh! ten points!

You are doing the right things, just make sure that you are burning more calories than you are consuming. To lose 1 pound a week you need to cut 500 calories out for that week (1-2 pounds is the safest to lose in a week). I've been using a calorie-counting website where you log all of your food and activity and track how well you are doing. It has worked really well for me.

sounds like you are doing it right, 7 lbs in a month sounds like a realistic goal
But TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR to make sure you are getting enough calories.As a teenager Your growing body needs a certain amt of calories per day. (idk how many)
And losing weight without the advice of a doctor can be dangerous for you (or any one)
Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are toning your muscles you may not lose "pounds" but you'll be in better shape
