Try replacing them with your favorite healthy foods

Then u dont want to loose weight

I went through the same thing, but you just have to stop thinking about it and use your will power. after a week or so the cravings really do begin to go away it just takes time. So give it a chance and dont give in at least not for a week or so, this way you will be able to handle it better.

i have the same problem sweetie,
this is what you have to do;

you have to excersie at least an hour a day.
cardio is good. then, eat healthy foods.

like no junk food anymore, if you want to
loose weight you have to cut that out.

i wish you the best.

im overweight too. and i have wanted to lose weight before. but really all that matters is being healthy. i joined the softball team at my highschool and i try to eat pretty healthy--ok i still eat cookie dough! haha but just do your best and stay active, maybe try to eat a piece of fruit instead of junk food, and jog around the block.

Have you thought about maybe exchanging healthy snacks for the junk food?
You don't have to immediately go cold turkey on the sweets, but wean yourself away from them. That's what I did, anyway.

Celery with peanut butter is soo good! Have you ever had it? Total blast from the past after-school snack. :D

If you have the money, I hear that NutraSystem works REALLY well.

You might also try eating Odwalla bars instead of sugary or salty treats. They're really good (and good for you).
=)

Exercise is also a key to any weight loss plan- but don't stop cold turkey when you've hit your desired weight. Keep exercising to stay in shape.

Good luck!

Get rid of the junk food, it isn't good for anyone.Replace them with fresh fruits and vegetables and whole wheat foods. It is always best to exercise while dieting, waking is really good. Good Luck!

Exercise, exercise, exercise! That can't be emphasized enough....lol

I can relate so much though....just last week I ate a whole bag of Lay's chips (yes, those really big ones...) in like one night...in one sitting actually. That, was pretty crazy, even for me...

I mean, I eat ice cream, chips, more chips....even more chips, the occasional MacDonald's, or Burger King...lol
I'm pretty unhealthy actually

but the only reason I'm not overweight/fat is because I "exercise."

Be it running, jogging, walking, push-ups, crunches...anything
Have fun while doing it too! Like play a game of basketball, soccer, whatever...

Dance around to your favorite song in your room....jump-rope
anything

lol
I still eat unhealthy (which isn't good) but as long as you excersise, it really doesn't matter...cause doing this will like burn away some of those calories, etc.

But yeah, and have fun...because when you have fun you don't even think about like "omg...i ran like only, what? 3 minutes?!?!" (lol, that always happens to me, I swear...I'm like, "okay, I can do this" but then i'm dead after five minutes...its really sad...lol)
And if your not having fun while you do your exercising, then why would you even bother doing it?...it will end up being more of a chore than anything else, like, "omg..I have to go exercising...again.." You know? So do something that is fun for you.

Riding a bike is good too...it like works those legs and everything...but you don't even have to run, or walk...all you do is sit and pedal...good exercise though...

But sersiouly though, a fun game of soccer and stuff is awesome!

And maybe try throwing in an orange or two, just to get at least something healthy...

but sersiouly, exercising is the key...when you start exercising like it really helps with stuff like your metabolism and all that stuff and, its just like what everyone should do. Yeah, I mean it even helps with eating habits...cause you start thinking like"oh, I wanna get better...gotta eat better.." (maybe not, but it sure does help with eating habits)

lol

Good Luck! Exercise, and have FUN!

Excess weight or obesity is by far the number one health concern in this country. Sixty percent of Americans are

either overweight or obese, including over 20 percent of teenagers. All are at risk for serious physical and

emotional health problems.
