I tried hoodia and I found that I was able to cut out all my snacks and desserts. also I ate less during my meals. But for the first week it had no effect.

You didn't ask about safe or not safe - although I think that one ended up being safe after all and is still on the market.
It does work though.
All of those diet pills don't do anything except mess up your internal organs or don't even do anything at all. Don't waste your money.
I can not remember the name but the Chinese people have a pill and a tea that works if u live in an area where there is a Chinese grocery stop by there and tell them what u r looking for .
