Best way to lose a lot of belly fat in the shortest amount of time?! HELP PLEASE!


Question: I'm in my early 20's (female) and I am looking to lose quite a lot of belly fat and the fat that causes "muffin tops" in a very short amount of time. Really, any suggestions are very welcome no matter how "absurd" they seem. Thanks so much in advance for any help you can give! <3

Burn fat with cardio. You can't really "spot train" to lose fat in a specific area of the body.

What you CAN do is tone your muscles in your abs so that they show through any fat you may have there.

Be sure, in addition to crunches and side crunches, to do straight leg raises. Lie on your back, and slowly bring your legs straight up towards the ceiling. This works the abs below the bellybutton.

Be sure not to cheat on your crunches. You are only cheating yourself. Do not grab the back of your head, you will pull it. Look up to the ceiling, and keep your chin AWAY from your chest (do not tuck your chin to your body). Be sure your shoulder blades clear the floor.

Cardio!!! Go running!!! Do about 45-60 minutes of cardio 3-6 times a week, and you will lose weight throughout your ENTIRE body!

Consume a MINIMUM of 1200 calories daily and be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

(what I did)
Speed walk (or other cardio) for 40 minutes in the morning before breakfast.
Drink home made fruit smoothie.
Cut out all junk food like cookies, cakes, chips,etc.
But I think you'll lose fat everywhere, not just the belly...
