Need to know the average amount of calories?!


Question: i need to know how much calories i need to not gain weight but lose. I am 5 foot 9 and 190 pounds and i am 15 years old. I dont look fat just a little chub in there but not alot, i look pretty good but need to lose about 15-20 pounds so i can be healthier. i do excersises in PE and i Skateboard everyday for about 4 hours. so i just need to kno how much calories i can take in without gaining weight? also can losing weight and changing your diet make you lose acne?

If you wanna lose weight id take in between 1200-1600. Changing your diet can help you get rid of acne

You should consume a normal amount of calories-around 2,000-but make sure it is all on healthy food. Keep exercising, but whatever you don't starve yourself!!!!!!!!! Anorexia is horrible and can do horrible permanent damage!!!!!!!
