Cookie or dough?!

im on a diet and is in ok to eat some cokkie dough as a snack?

well its not ok but i think we all know the cookie dough tastes better! i dont think it actually matters whether you cook it or not though... same calories

you are trying to lose weight and you want to consume sugar as a snack? use your head...

whats the difference? they're both the same, if i were you, i wouldnt eat either. eat some veggies and fruits, then drink it down with water.

neither - stay away from sugar & cookies - period.

Raw dough also contains raw eggs, which can be a source of salmonella.

Eat healthier snacks.

They are the same thing, just one is cooked, the other raw. It is safer to eat the cooked cookie, the dough contains raw eggs which puts you a risk for saminela poisoning.

As far as eating cookie dough as a snack cuz you are dieting....you can't limit yourself 100% or you will just gain everything you lose back. It is ok to treat yourself to a snack once in a while. A suggestion, go to the store, Weight Watchers has a cookie dough dessert w/ 180 calories and it is delicious!!!

cookies and cookie dough are not a healthy option for a snack while you are on a diet. so i would say neither.
