To get bigger arms I don't have to flex for?!


Question: I am 14 and have been lifting weights since August and I have 13" arms when I flex but they are small when I don't and was wondering how to get arms that are bigger when Im not flexing?

Your arms are always going to be bigger flexed. People that appear hulky without flexing often have too little body fat which is never good for women and especially not a developing adolescent. Good for you on lifting wieghts and getting fit. Don't try too hard and your body will reward you later. You might want to check out P90X if you want a challenge. I do it and get great body results.

you have to work the triceps alot I think

push ups always extend the arms but i found that elevator push ups are really good! You put your feet on a couch and do push ups and it elevates your legs so you aren't working your abs your just working your arms!

You better stop lifting weights unless of couse you want to remain the same height you are at for the rest of your life.
