Overall, you have aten somewhat poorly... because you have not aten enough substance and protein to give your body the needed nutrition it needs to grow. And if you deprive your body of those things, then your body will begin to look elsewhere for those nutrients... such as eating itself...
It is great that you are eating plenty of fiber, just make sure you drink plenty of water too to help all of the fiber to run smoothly along your GI tract.
But in order to lose weight, you will need to have a right combination and balance of foods to satisfy your needs.
So maybe your next meal, you should make sure that you have some type of protein (weather it be from a meat source or a meal substitute), a small amount of fat, and some vegetables and maybe even a little fruit for dessert.
Picture a plate, let half of your plate be filled with vegetables (a salad and some steamed assorted veggies or something like that), a quarter of it be filled with the protein (maybe 2 to 4 oz of chicken or a meat sub.) and the other quarter be some type of starch (such as rice or pasta or mashed potatoes, etc.). Then by eating the balanced type of foods, it will help you stay fuller longer and you will be on your way to have enough energy through out the day... and therefore will not become malnurished or be proned for other health related problems. Remember, everything in moderation is key.

You ate a lot of healthy things, but not enough of them to keep you healthy or to keep your weight down. You need to add some dairy, protein, and whole grains. If you're a vegetarian, add some texturized vegetable protein. Good luck.

P.S.- Don't forget to drink lots of waater.

Yes you did eat a lot of fruit and veg. They're good to have as snacks and with meals but you also need protein to keep you fuller for longer and to give you more energy.

Drop the breakfast bar, have it for a snack if necessary. Have a carrot and banana for brekky or make a smoothie, for lunch have a salad with plenty of greens and some lean meat (tuna or chicken), and dinner you definately have meat here with vegies or salad or even make a stir fry. Snacks - fruit, vegies, nuts etc

If you do start eating bread and things again, make sure you have no more than 2 servings a day and keep the exercise going regularly. It's not going to happen overnight but it will happen :)

I see very few calories here and virtually no protein.

I would recommend you replace the breakfast bar with plenty of fresh fruit and 4 egg whites (u need protein to build muscles).

Lunch can be composed of a big salad, at least 5 colours of raw veggies with a chicken breast or some steamed fish.

Snack on some almonds, pecans and peanuts as well. (1/3 of a cup or each)

Try to avoid fruits for dinner, fructose that is not consumed will be stored as fat, so have a nice thick chicken/vegetable soup instead.

This diet has better balance of carbs, protein and fats and should be more satisfying.

Hope all goes well.
