Calf discomfort?!


Question: I do alot of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), mainly sprinting... And I do lots of high stepping and high intensity jumping rope. My calfs hurt, and I stretch throughout my workouts... But when i'm actually sprinting or jumping rope, I don't feel them... IDK if I tune it out or what but as SOON as I stop, the discomfort comes right back.

What are additionalt stretches or anything that'll help to relieve some of the pain? I also workout 7 days a week, think they need a rest?

I do alot of those exercises aswell, the pain is just your muscels forming. the reason you can not fell it while your working out is because they are still in movement.
Just keep stretching them and let them rest for a while they are reshaping. i had this problem a couple of weeks ago and now my calfs are hard as rocks but still look sexy.
