How long will it take to lose 25 pounds?!
Question: Im 170 right now only 5'3..20 years old! I have NEVER in my entire life been overweight like this! I was depressed last year basically because of boredom...my husband was deployed! I have gained 60 pounds in 3 years! ERRR!! Anyway, Im joining the airforce, and I need to lose 25 before I even go in! HELP! IM horrible at dieting, so please give me some tips! Exercise is okay after I get started! I hope I will lose weight also going through bootcamp and technical school!

well begin by doing a 3 day detox diet ..... u lose up to 9 pounds in those 3 days and then u have 4 days off (eat healthily tho) and then back on the detox diet ............ the detox diet is really easy (coming from a person that was addicted to ice cream and bread and dairy lol) .......it consists of fruit, veges and protein drinks .... every 2 hours yep 2 hours awesome aye .......... ur cravings go away so afterwards once u have lost the weight u will be craving less of the not so healthy stuff lol
so maybe a bit over a month because its up to 9 pounds so being safe 5
..... so 25 divided by 5 is 5 lol hehe so 1 month and a week or in other words 5 weeks lol
i know boredom, boredom sucks, boredom is bad and terrible and i hate that so i go to the mall or try and study when i am bored lol
im horrible at dieting too so if i have 1 unhealthy snack im off the diet :(

just do these things for a week and it will surely work
500 push ups per day
at least 100 stomach crunches
avoid meat eating,liquor etc
avoid overeating
The safe method is 1-2 pounds per week. (so allow at least 4-6 months). Try walking and swimming. Eat lots of fruit and veges and lean meat.
