Will i burn extra calories & fat...?!

Yes you will. It will be an all over thing , there is no such thing as spot loss training. Do it every other day so you can repair, but it will really give you lean muscle. to burn 1 lb of fat you must burn 3500 calories. Make sure you eat atleast 1800 cal a day. and make sure you work up a sweat, that way your heart rate is up to the fat burning zone. Good luck!!

Hmm im guessing it might, but not much. It would more tone and strengthen if anything.

yes you will burn more calories because you are using more effort to lift the extra pounds on your ankles.
you start burning fat (Stored energy) once you have burnt up all the calories.
it won't be just on your legs, but you will build muscle tone on your legs.
