Trying to get fit....?!


Question: i drink a cup of green tea in the mornings eat small healthy snacks throughout the day and maybe have a very small ammount of 'junk food'.

i'm trying to loose weight and i want to try the whole "30min of exercise a day raises your metabolism". so i was going to jog each day. which time of the day is best to jog at? mornings? afternoons? or doesnt it matter?

Mornings are better, but it really doesn't matter as long as you do your 30 minutes of exercises every day.

you should jog in the morning(early) and most of the calories you gain is from your meal at night. so try eating less at night or you could stay awake 2hours after food and then sleep. you could also go for a walk or a light jog at night some 1 hour after food so that the energy is used up a bit. that should reduce your weight considerably.

I just wanted to lose a couple pounds before spring break and what i've been doing works great for me.
I just eat cereal for brekfast, some fruit or veggies for lunch, and normal food for dinner but smaller portions. I do about 100 crunches a night. I also do 200 jumping jacks and some wall sits. On the weekends i train for soccer so I run a lot.
