Suggestions to loose 10lbs in two weeks. Free 10 points.?!


Question: I have a plan I want to see if anyone can give me a better one. No need to go over what to eat, just set a calorie bases of how many is max, and how much exercise I should get minimuim. :) Best answer I'll try it and tell you what results are after I've done so. Thank you.

Please do not spam with the it's unhealthy to loose more than 2lbs a week. I don't want that healthy bull about that sort of stuff.

I'm 6'2" 190. I'm in healthy BMI, but just doing a little toning. Don't need toning tips If I loose about 10-15lbs I will have all I need. I'm in good shape. lol thanks.

any weight lost that quickly will just be water weight...but you could do the cabbage soup diet...theres all kinds of quick fixes...but like i said it will just be water weight.

learn how to spell

cut out sodas.... that way you lose the weight fast... and run

sweat it out in the sauna, run you AS* off, and soup soup soup and water water water!
