Will this help me lose some pounds?!


Question: I'm not expecting anything dramatic from this, but with a 9 month old it's hard to do any sort of cardio for any length of time. Would it be good for me to go for a walk for 30 minutes with him in his carrier on me? He's 18 pounds and would be on the front of me...or if I could do 10 minutes here and there of cardio on my elliptical machine ( i hate that thing ) I work out 5 days a week and I just need to lose some fat to finally show muscles that I've been working on the past couple months.. I know they're there! I can feel them

do both switch it up from day to day!! but there good ideas something is better than nothing

Cardio 30 minutes a day. You can always make the time. Make the choice.

Do the 30 minutes- and then try to hop on the elliptical when your baby is napping so you can get your heart rate up. Since summer is coming (not sure where you live) it would be a great time to put him in his stroller and go for walks outside also!

Do you not have an area you can walk where you live ? I suggest getting a stroller and putting him in that and take him with you while you go on a walk outdoors... 30 mins to an hour a day is all you need. And watching what you eat of course, but that is another story.
