eat small portioned meals mostley fruits and veggies and lean meat like chicken and pork. stay away from rice and white bread like white pasta and bagels get whole grain pasta and bagels and bread and whole grain rice, stay away from frozen heat ups because they have alot of sodium and salt makes you contain water weight. Exersize alot maybe an hour or 1 mile. Work out longer than 20 mins , it takes 20 mins for your body to start buring fat calories and thats what you wanna burn any questions email me

Take pills!

okay, there is a book called Skinny ***** and its motto is

It's time to stop stuffing you face with crap and time to look fabulous!

So basically just don't eat SO FREAGGIN MUCH.
Or just try pills

The only way to lose a lot of weight in a really short amount of time is lyposuction. Other than that, you will probably have to wait a while.

some simple small steps are.

1) eat more smaller meals
this will speed up your metabolism do NOT! under any circumstances eat 1 big meal or even 1 regular meal this will slow your metabolism and make your larger.

2) work out in the morning before you eat if you can
this will make your body use your body's stored energy aka "fat" and not the new energy from food.

just watch your portion sizes... there are no miracle diets or remedies, it is simply what you put in your mouth. Eat lots of vegetables, and make sure to eat plenty of fruit and protein... you still need to eat your grains, eat whole grains, they are metabolized faster... other than that, do your exercises!

have boiled veggies,fruits...avoid overeating and junk food go for workouts twice a day....

it depends how much, but join a sport indoor soccer for adults or kids. They are so much fun, and you shed the pounds

You just need to follow your trainer. Eat less fat foods but still be full and exercise everyday and if you feel pain then your excercising. Hope you lose alot of weight!! 8)

you can not eat bread potatoes and frenchfries any thing with flour ingreedents in it are horrable for you carbs are badddd...

Really the only way you can loose weight is to excercise more and eat less.

when you are working out and you are ready to give up think about the body you want to have and that way you wont quit..
also you might want to eat a little less junk food and try cutting down on dairy products..ONLY A LITTLE BIT THOUGH!
i cut down on dairy products for a month cuz my doctor told me i had to and in one moth i lost 2 pounds with out excercising!

All i can recommend is to eat really healthy, eat alot of fruits .. veggies, all that healthy low cal. stuff & keep up that exercise, the point is to you burn more calories than you intake to lose weight. To keep you're matabolizm up you should exercise early in the day, which will burn more calories throughout the day, I can't explain how but trust me on it.

Drink lots of green tea. The caffeine will speed your metabolism and you will start burning more calories. Don't eat the extra food you will feel like you need. This is working for me i have lost about 30 lbs since january. You will need to do lots of cardio so your body will burn fat. Dont forget to drink 80 oz of water per day.

P.S. Do not drink too much green tea. Its good for you but too much caffeine is unhealthy.
