It's not as hard as you think. You need some strength to get the springs on, and the frame may be a bit arkward.
You don't need an army of men. I put up mine with a couple of friends and it was easy.... two of us could have done it and my trampoline is enormous!

If it is a full-sized one, you will probably need help.
If it's a big trampoline, then you will more than likely need help. Two men put mine up for me.
