What you're doing wrong is looking at the scale. The actual weight of a person isn't as a good as measurement as their hips-to-waist ratio or their fitness level. Try walking 3-4 times a week for at least 40 minutes per day. Don't worry about forcing down protein, also. Just eat your regular diet and you'll be fine.

Vitamin water has a lot of calories in it, too. Drink regular water take a vitamin supplament, like Centrum.

Otherwise, maybe your genetic disposition is just a little heavier. But you should worry about the size of your clothes, not the little numbers that show up on a scale.

You're a fine weight first of all, and also vitamin water has a lot of calories...regular water and a daily vitamin would be way better. Other then that, drop your calorie intake by another 200 cals. Don't go under 1200 cals though, that just messes everything up. Also try eating 6 small meals a day with your bigest meal being breakfast. By eating a little your brain tiggers your body to let out a fat burning hormone. So if you eat 6 times a day, your letting out that hormone more.
