How many redbulls a week is ok?!


Question: I drink maybe 3-5 redbulls a week, only one daily and never exceed that amount a day. Do you think that is bad for my health? I wouldn't say im addicted but, i really like the taste and the boost of energy it gives. Thank you.

it really depends on the individual. you should just gauge how you are feeling. Redbull easily increases heart rate so if you have heart problems avoid it! Just monitor your heart rate and if you seem to have any other adverse reactions, i'm sure you're a smart person and so you would be the best to gauge how many are okay for you! :]

I think that is fine. some people drink that in a night at the club with drinks. I would try to cut back but 1 a day is fine. Just not 5 a day.

It's definitely not GOOD for you. They are packed with sugar (and the sugar free ones are packed with synthetics). Think of it as a concentrated soda (which you shouldn't drink, either). If you are going to drink them, I would limit yourself to 1, and definitely no more than 2 per week. If you have soda more than once a week, I would cut them completely.

I have some in my refrigerator all the time! lol
i drink a lot of them too. but I have to hide them because im always hyper and like that makes me jump of the wall!
like seriously. but i LOVE the taste. hahah

energy drinks are HORRIBLE for you.
I'm no health expert, but I dance and people I knew used to drink them....it does funky stuff with your nerves, an unnatural adrenaline rush...just really bad stuff.
I would suggest NEVER drinking them.... EVER.
Try orange juice, POM (my favorite pomegranate tea), or maybe some Naked smoothies.... yeah these ones have sugar, but they are mostly fruit sugars-- and sugar isn't as bad for you as energy drinks!!

Trust me, fruit juice is addicting... in a good way :)
Just stay away from the energy drinks pllleeaaasseee.....
