Is this a healthy lunch for tomorrow?!


Question: for lunch..
a little bag of broccoli, celery, carrots.
a little bag of grapes
a tiny salad with tiny bits of grilled chicken, without the skin, and fat free ceasar italian dressing.
an apple
and a bottle of water

is that good?

Yes, that contains vitamins, fiber, protein, carbs and you'll be hydrated without lots of sugar. This is an excellent choice for a healthy lunch.

I definitely think so. You are getting veggies, fruits, and a bit of meat (food groups on the pyramid) as well as water, which the body needs. However, make sure it is enough for you. It is not very good to undereat.

However, are any or all of your food choices organic??? Now of days, our fruit and vegetable aren't good for you due to the chemicals sprayed on it. I'm not even going to speak about the steroid injected chicken...

you need some stuff with sugar use the food pyramid, do one sweet,apple,grapes,and maybe some yogurt, and a good sandwhich or another dairy you dont want to many healthy things

Definitely healthy, but I would add either nuts or a teaspoon of sunflower seeds to your salad. The little bit of fat added to your salad will help satiate you and make you feel fuller longer.

You should also get at least 6 oz of grilled chicken (that's precooked weight, 5 oz. after cooked) as well or you aren't going to last 2 hours without looking for a snack.
