I'm having a hard time losing the last 10 pounds, what should I do now?!


Question: I used to weight 176 pounds, now I weight 151 pounds. My goal is to weight 141 pounds. I have been having a problem losing the last 10 pounds, what can I do to lose the remaining weight I need to lose. Please help, Thanks. Im 28 years old and 5'6.

Eat better, and exercise harder.

You've hit a plateau and you need to work harder to get over that hump
