Question: I do 45 minutes of cardio and a 15 minute ab workout, daily. I eat right and drink lots of water. What can I do to move it along? I'm 5''5, 133lbs and want to get down to 125ish. How long will it take?

Change your routine and try walking up a hilly area in your cardio workout. Intensify the cardio, dont just do the same thing every day, swimming is great for burning and toning too, are you doing that. When you break the routine and introduce something more challenging to your workout your body will be working harder to cope with the intensity so you will burn more calories. If you feel you reach a point in your workout where the weight isnt coming off, then that is the time to increase the intensity. Bike riding, hiking, swimming etc try different forms of excercise.

depends on the person, im able to lose weight fast at about a pound every 2 days, so i would aim for 25-30 days. give up alcohol, soda, and junk food. when you do cardio, you shouldnt just be interested in the calories burned during that 45 minutes, but the fact that you increase your metabolism for the next 8 hours. if you work out in the morning for 20 min, and again before bed, you will lose weight fast
