I want to punch myself in the temple for...?!

Question: not eating healthy for the past couple of days. I've been trying to watch what I put in my mouth and I've been exercising. 45 minutes of cardio and a 15 minute ab workout, daily. I eat right and drink plenty of water. However, for the past couple of days, I've been relapsing a bit. For instance, today I started out fine..

Breakfast - Strawberry SlimFast Shake (260 calories, 6 gms of fat)

Lunch - Vegetable Soup(90 calories, 0 Fat) with 5 crackers and a Large Orange

Dinner - Michealinas Barbeque Chicken Stirfry (280 calories -- 2.5 gms of Fat)

Well, later in the evening, I was still hungry, so I had a handful of Doritos and a handful of Caramel Popcorn. I had about 5 chocolate covered almonds, 10 Triscuits with 10 little squares of cheese. And after that, I ate a large cookie. What should I dooooo? Btw, I weigh 133 lbs and I am 5''5.

wow, we're the same height and weigh almost the same.

i can understand why you were snacking on the wrong foods. you didn't eat enough. a shake for breakfast? a little lunch? these meals should have more protein and vitamins because your body needs energy at this time of the day, because of school or work.
this is why i think eating every 3-4 hours and not eating after dinner works to stop binge eating junk food.

my OCD meal plan (i say OCD because my mum thinks i have OCD with how organised my meals are):

breakfast: a bowl of cereal
3 hours later: fruit salad
lunch: beef sub sandwhich w/lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, olives, low fat sauce.
3 hours later: fruit, crispbread or brown bread w/promite
dinner: chicken, vegetables w/ rice.
drink water between meals to suppress your appetite.

The best thing to do and I have to do this also. If I have snacks in the house I will get the urge to eat them or snack on them but wont be able to really stop untill I eat them all. Try getting healthier food and not all the snacks that are so accessable to eat. I exercise 7times a week and Model for fitness magazines, but I still love to snack. I cant start with 1 snack I have to eat the whole thing of snacks. I would just get them out of reach.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
http://www.diet-easy-now.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
