How to cut night-time cravings?!


Question: I eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and exercise during the day. However, once it hits around 8 or 9, I can't help but snack. What causes these cravings and how can I STOP? It's interfering with my weight loss goals. 5''5, currently 133lbs.

I just tell myself, "It's one moment of discomfort that I am capable of making through."

If not, you can always snack on cucumbers. When I binge, i binge eat on cucumbers and it doesn't seem affect the process of weight gain.

JUST ONE MOMENT OF DISCOMFORT.

Try brushing your teeth at 8 pm, drinking only peppermint tea, and then using whitening trays if another craving hits. Who wants to nasty up their clean, white teeth?

Girl if you find out the trick for this...let me know, I feel your pain!!!!!

I would say that if it is a habit that you cannot break, why not eat something healthy?

Watching a movie? Well then snack on AIR popped popcorn, which is VERY healthy and for a few whole bowls, it is only 100 calories.

I would say other healthy snack would be pieces of fruit, or even a cup of yogurt.

Sometimes, you just gotta eat, and making it healthy is the best thing you can do, instead of splurging at night...hope this helps!
