Am I fat?**help?!


Question: I'm 5'5" and I weigh 190 lbs.Keep in mind that I have 40G sized chest.I really feel that I'm too fat.My husband and friends look at me like I'm crazy.I feel they are just being nice.Am I crazy? Am I really as over weight as I see myself?

You're not a twig, but that's a good thing. You're beautiful and not fat at all.

your huge chest balances it out in terms of visual, but yes, you do have way too much excess fat. That is part of why your chest is so huge.

your a little on the chubby side but I would never describe you as fat and if you feel like your fat then lose some pounds until your happy with your body no matter what "they" say

I think you are seeing yourself wrong. You are not even close to being fat! I would love to be made like you! And, I am not just being nice. I asked my 14 year old daughter and she said that no way are you fat, you just have a bigger chest. So, stop looking at yourself like that right now! You are beautiful!

yes u r over weight. atleast u should be in between 70~65 kg. try the tips below u will be reduce in few months

Below are the few Quick Steps towards a Healthier Diet.
1) Before starting any type of diet weight yourself and also note ur whole body measurement in a dairy. Then after every week weigh yourself and note it in ur diary and see how much weight u r losing.
2) Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork. Please note and put it in ur mind that nothing fried or oily.
3) Try to chew ur every food for atleast 20 times. And then swallow it into ur stomach.
