If you could only give one tip on losing weight, what would it be?!

Question: Weight can change but you have to change you eating habits. It never ceases to amaze me how people will do anything except "stop eating". We spend billions of dollars each year on weight control and all the control you need is your mouth. Not one pound that you have in excess fell out of the sky and landed on you. It all went through your mouth to get to where you wish it wasn't.

Try eating healthy foods in small amounts 6 times a day. Believe it or not when you eat less more often you body can absorb the food that you eat and use it as fuel. When you sit down to 3 big meals a day your body does not need that much food at one time.. so it stores it in fat cells.Be smart!!!!!!!! I am not being mean but it is the absolute truth. Watch what you eat, write down everything that goes into your mouth for 1 week you will be shocked, IF you are honest and write everything and I mean even a drink of water. Write it down. Then take what uo have eaten and decide to change starting there.

Stop making excuses. That's the key to losing weight. It doesn't matter what you know or what you think if you keep doing the same thing thinking nothing will work.

Get a haircut.
Just joking, um...probably drink lots of water

walking at least 30-45 min every day

My tip would be "Make Wise Choices all around"!

don't starve yourself, just eat the right stufff...

or

eat what you want (in moderation), just work out consistently

Stop drinking soda and alcohol.

When you decide to do it, give one hundred percent, 100% of the time.

don't eat any food for at least a week then once you do eat puke it up directly after if you use resturants bath room it makes it better

Find the off button.

Not to be cruel, but-- My mother has always battled with her weight, and one time she said, "I just can't find the off button."

As a 110 lb weakling with 4 kids-who did gain a few after kiddo #2- I feel I have the duty to say it. That was all it took to take the lbs off then, and I still weigh 110 (or less) today-15 yrs later.

Find the resolve within yourself and Hit the Off Button. You'll be soo glad you did :-)

Have A Good Day!

Proper portion sizes. People forget that you can eat what you want as long as you stick the the portion size on the nutrition facts.

People tend to take way more than the suggested serving. Even when you dine out you are getting maybe 2 and a half servings!!!

You can starve and crash diet all you want but if you are eating too much of foods that are not totally bad for you, then you are not achieving anything.

make changes that cause you to lose weight that you can make permanent.
