How much water is best to keep hydrated & purify your insides.?!


Question: I weigh 178lbs at 5'4'' want to lose 28lbs by June.Starting exercise & healhy eating.Just need to know how much water to drink to aid in the effort.Without over watering.

as much as you need your body weight in oz divied by two

64 oz/day

6-8 cups im pretty sure, and i dont think you can over water...drink as much as you can

Drink about a glass a day. also if you are losing weight drink a glass before you eat and you will eat less.

can you even over water? i thought you were supposed to drink about 2ltr a day in general, more if your exercising

2 litres a day is proven to keep you healthy without overdoing it

Try 1 gallon a day to lose.

I think you are suppose to drink 6-8 12 oz glasses of water a day. I usually make it through 6 but Im floating after that. Summertime is much easier to drink alot more water.

It IS possible to drink too much water.

normally 64 ounces is efficent enough on a daily basis, but if you are trying to lose weight then, you may want to drink double that amount every other day just to make sure your not overdoing it.

64 oz. COLD water works the best because your body uses calories to heat the water up in order to digest it.
