Workout Schedule?!

Question: Is it bad to be lifting on an Upper one day, than lower the next schedule? Its what ive been doing for about a year, with good results, but a bunch of sites that ive been reading say not to do this.
what should i do?
thanks!

There is nothing wrong, and a lot right, about a 2 day split routine of upper/lower body like you are doing.
Every trainer and/or bodybuilder has the "perfect" split routine and will give you reasons why theirs is the best. My routine IS different than yours, but then, so are my goals (probably).
As a trainer, the routine you are doing is sound and not harmful, you're getting good results, so stick with it!!
The only thing I'd add is that about 1 week every 2 months, you might want to shake up your routine a little...kinda shock your muscles into new growth. Do different exercises, different split, do a century program (1 set of 100 reps!) anything to get out of the usual routine that our bodies adapt and adjust to.
Keep up the great work!

If it works, by all means, continue.

Also I want you to know not all internet sources are reliable.

Build muscle thats all

no its fine! but i would suggest 3 times a week for upper and 2 times lower and 2 days off doing cardio or abs. and lots of healthy food, protein , and nutrients!

Alternating days for upper and lower is smart especially if you don't have to time to complete both or you don't have the appropriate energy for both on the same day. I alternate days as you need to give muscle groups time to repair/rest. If you're seeing results then that's all that matters. I split my days if I don't have the time to get it all in at once.

it really depends on what is your objective ... if you want muscle gains than you need to have system and complete program to raise gradually .
if you are happy with your results why asking this at all...?
please check this e-book and videos , you will find very useful points for you...
